Jim–
I think most games are as simple as this: a sequence of natural actions and
reactions within an environment of processes and constraints. The processes
and constraints are ongoing and may as well be perpetual, for all practical
purposes.
Two parts to each.
1. Action:Reaction.
2. Action:Reaction.
3. Action:Reaction.
And on and on till the end–time runs out, score is achieved, whatever.

The sport is this:
Player A: chooses Action #258, hits play, the Random Selectio Mechanism picks
Reaction #139.
Player B: chooses Action #5, the RSM chooses Reaction #132.
And so on.
Obviously, some Reactions are threatening. Player must hit escape button and
take the painful consequences. etc. In random living you never know.
Random Rambo? Random Bandom ? No. That’s too much.

Don’t thank me, thank Peter Small, it’s his idea.
